The Board on November 18, 2002 resolved that the payment of an interim dividend of 35 cents per stock unit out of franked income be made on December 18, 2002 to shareholders on record at the close of business on November 27, 2002. An extraordinary general meeting will be held on December 9, 2002 to consider an increase in the authorised share capital from $300 million to $400 million by the creation of 100 million ordinary shares of $1.00 each and for a bonus issue of one for five.
