The Gleaner Company Limited has advised that the directors have by, round-robin, approved the payment of a second interim dividend of 2 cents per share payable to stockholders on record as at December 16, 2009. Payment to be made on December 23, 2009.
The resolution will be taken to the board meeting scheduled for Thursday, December 10, 2009 for ratification.
