Gleaner GV Media Group Ltd.(1834)- Acquisition

Gleaner Company Limited has advised that the Company has signed an agreement with RJR Group Limited to acquire RJR’s 20% holding in GV Media Group Limited, UK subsidiary of the Gleaner Company Limited for £1. This UK company will become a 100% owned subsidiary of the Gleaner Company. The agreement becomes effective November 15, 2007.
