Gleaner Company Liquidate one of its UK Subsidiary

In the continue re-organization of its United Kingdom subsidiaries, the Directors of The Gleaner Company have decided to carry out all U.K. operations through its subsidiary GV Media Group. They have therefore commenced the process of liquidating Vee Tee Aye (Media) Resources Limited, the former operating arm of its UK operations.
