Gleaner Company Limited has advised that the following resolution was passed at its Annual General Meeting held on June 7, 2007.  “62 – Subject to any rights or restrictions for the time being attached to any class of shares or classes of shares on a show of hands every member present in person or by proxy shall have one vote and on a poll every member present shall have one vote for each share of which he is the holder.”
