The Board has passed a resolution that an interim capital distribution of 3.5 cents per stock unit (less transfer tax of 7.5%) be paid to shareholders on record as at the close of business on July 30, 1999. Payment date is August 16, 1999.
At the Board meeting on February 11, 1999 it was resolved that an Interim Capital Distribution of 3.5 cents per stock unit (less Transfer Tax of 7.5%) be paid to shareholders on record at the close of business on March 1, 1999. Payment date is March 9, 1999.
