At the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held by the company the following resolutions were passed: Increase in the Authorized share Capital of the company;
A bonus issue of one (1) for every five (5) shares to be allotted to shareholders on record at the close of business on December 30, 2002. The X-bonus date is December 24, 2002.
