Gleaner Co. Ltd. (1834)- Interim Dividend

The Directors of the the Company have approved the payment of a 2nd Interim Revenue Distribution of 3 cents per stock unit payable to stockholders on record at August 31, 2004. Payment will be made on September 14, 2004
