At the Board meeting on November 8, a decision was taken that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders be held on December 13, 2001 at the company 7 North Street, Kingston to consider an increase in the authorised share capital of the company and to issue bonus shares of two for every nine shares held by shareholders at December 28, 2001.
