General Accident Insurance Company Jamaica Limited (GENAC) has advised that Dr. Ralph Thompson resigned from GENAC’s Board of Directors effective April 30, 2017.
GENAC further advised that Dr. Thompson’s resignation does not create a breach of non-independent directors as the Company continues to have the required amount of independent non-executive directors.
