Gail Moss-Solomon

An Attorney-at-Law admitted to practice at the Jamaican Bar, Mrs. Gail Moss- Solomon holds the Bachelor of Laws Degree (Honours) from the University of the West Indies, and the Master of Laws Degree in Intellectual Property from King’s College in London. She also attained the Certificate of Legal Education from the Norman Manley Law School. She was awarded the Wharton Executive Leadership Program
Certification in 2015, is the 2005 British Chevening Scholar and a Certified Mediator. She is currently General Counsel & Chief Corporate Secretary for conglomerate, GraceKennedy Limited, a publicly listed company in Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago with interests in the food manufacturing and distribution, retail, banking, insurance and money services industries and with subsidiaries operating across
the Caribbean, Central America, North America, Europe and Africa.


Prior to joining GraceKennedy, Mrs Moss-Solomon was Legal & Regulatory Director and Company Secretary for Digicel Jamaica with responsibility for the Turks & Caicos, and Cayman Islands, and formed part of Digicel Jamaica Limited’s Executive Management Team. She was also a Partner at the firm Harrison & Harrison and held senior positions in the Attorney General’s Chambers. With a passion to serve, she has tutored at both UTECH and the Norman Manley Law School, sat on several Public Sector Boards and served as Honorary Secretary of the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ). Gail is married to Jeffrey Moss-Solomon and they are the proud parents of two girls Sierra and Noa.
