FosRich Company Limited (FOSRICH) has advised that a formal order was obtained from the Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica, in Claim Number SU2021CDoo113, on April 26, 2021, in the matter of an application by FosRich Company Limited for directions, pursuant to section 130(2) of the Companies Act of Jamaica, to hold its Annual General Meeting and subsequent general meetings in 2021, partially or wholly by electronic means.
