Fontana Limited (FTNA) has advised of the delay of the Company’s 1st Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements and states that they will be submitted before December 14, 2019. FTNA’ advised further that the delay was unforeseen and is as a result of temporary medical emergencies for two of their senior accounting team members.
FTNA also advised that a notice informing all stakeholders will be placed in the Jamaica Observer on Thursday, November 14, 2019.
FTNA apologized for any inconvenience caused.
