Fontana Limited (FTNA) has advised that the Company’s 3rd Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements will be delayed.
FTNA further advised that this is due to COVID-19 related circumstances such as remote work arrangements adversely affecting the company’s ability to maintain operations, including financial reporting systems, internal control over financial reporting and disclosure controls and procedures.
FTNA anticipates that the accounts which should have been submitted on May 15, 2020 will be submitted on or before Friday, May 29, 2020.
A notice advising all stakeholders will be placed in the Jamaica Observer.
