On behalf of the Board of Directors of First Jamaica Investments Ltd., I wish to advise that, consequent on the transfer of our Insurance Business and our shareholding in Pan Caribbean Financial Services Ltd., completing our transaction with Life of Jamaica Ltd.; Mr. Bryan Ewen has advised the Board of his retirement from the position as Chief Executive Officer of First Jamaica Investments Ltd. Mr. Ewen has indicated his willingness to continue to serve the Company as a director.
Further, I am pleased to advise that Mr. Stephen Facey has been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer of First Jamaica Investments Ltd.
