First Caribbean Int’l Bank Jamaica (FCIBJ) -Acquisition

FirstCaribbean has executed an agreement to acquire the Mercantile Banking and Financial Corporation Ltd., a Trinidad and Tobago financial institution. The acquisition is, however, subject to regulatory approval by the Central Banks of Trinidad & Tobago, and Barbados.
