First Caribbean International Bank Jamaica (FCIBJ)- Dividend Declared

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, it was resolved that interim dividend of BDS$0.025 cents will be paid on Friday, July 23, 2004 to common shareholders of record as at Monday, June 28, 2004. It was also resolved that an Interim Dividend of US$0.021 cents will be paid on Friday, July 23, 2004 to preference shareholders of record as at Monday, June 28, 2004.
