At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Friday, December 3, 2004, the following resolution was passed:
“That the Directors hereby declare a fourth interim dividend for the year 2004 in the amount of 16.5 cents per stock unit payable on December 29, 2004, to stockholders on record as at December 17, 2004.”
