First Life – Change of Name

At an extraordinary general meeting on November 8, 2004, the shareholders passed the following Special Resolution: “That the name of the Company be changed to ‘FIRST JAMAICA INVESTMENTS LTD.'” The company wishes to advise that with the consent of the Registrar of Companies, the name of First Life Insurance Company Limited has been changed to First Jamaica Investments Limited.
