FCIB Declares Dividend

The Directors of FirstCaribbean International Bank Limited has declared a dividend of three United States cents per share (US$0.03 per share) which will be payable to shareholders of record on December 23, 2010 on January 28, 2011.  The ex-dividend date is December 21, 2010.
