Express Catering Limited (ECL) has apologised for the delayed submission of their Financial Statements for the 3rd Quarter ended February 29, 2020, which was due on April 14, 2020.
ECL has advised that the delay is as a result of challenges associated with the COVID-19 situation. The Company anticipates that their Financial Statements will be completed and submitted before the extended deadline of April 30, 2020.
