Everything Fresh Limited (EFRESH) has advised that at its 1st Annual General Meeting held on November 18, 2019, at 10:00 am at the Knutsford Court Hotel, Kingston 6, the following resolutions were passed:
1. “That the Directors’ Report, the Auditor’s Report and the Statements of Account for the year ended 31 December 2018 be and are hereby received and adopted.”
2. “THAT retiring Director Mr. Donovan Perkins be and is hereby re-elected a Director of the Company.
3. “THAT retiring Director Mrs. Jennifer Lewis be and is hereby re-elected a Director of the Company.
4. “THAT retiring Ms. Nesha Ann Carby be and is hereby re-elected a Director of the Company.
5. “That the Directors be and are hereby authorized to fix their remuneration for the ensuing year.
6. “THAT the Auditors, BDO, who have signified their willingness to continue in office as Auditors of the Company, be and are hereby appointed to hold such office until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company and that their remuneration be determined by the Directors.”
