NCB Capital Markets Limited has advised that further to their letter dated July 31, 2019, informing the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) of the closure of the Invitation for Subscription made by Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited SCC in respect of cellular shares in the Value Fund, they are now pleased to inform the JSE of the Basis of Allocation as follows:
Allotment of cellular shares in the Value Fund:
1) Reserved Shares
All applicant in this pool will receive full allotment.
2) General Public
Subscribers from the general public will receive full allotment.
