Elite Diagnostic Limited (ELITE) has advised of the following changes to the Directorate of the Company:
1. Resignation of Mrs. Paula Wegman as a Director of the Company, with effect from July 5, 2021.
2. Resignation of Mr. Warren Chung from the position of Chief Executive Officer with effect from September 30, 2021. He remains a Director of the Company.
