EduFocal Limited (LEARN) – Further Delay Of Audited Financials

EduFocal Limited (LEARN) wishes to advise that there has been a further delay in the publication of the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022.  LEARN continues to work with its auditors to ensure that they are satisfied with the assurance procedures. The revised date for the submission of the financial statements is by or before May 12, 2023. LEARN appreciates the understanding of its stakeholders and will provide further updates as necessary.
