Further to our notice on March 1, 2023, EduFocal Limited (LEARN) wishes to advise that its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022, which were initially due to be filed with the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) by March 1, 2023, and subsequently anticipated to be filed by March 31, 2023, continue to be in the assessment review phase by the External Auditors. As a result, there will be a further delay in the submission of the audited financial statements.
LEARN is making every effort to have the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022 submitted to the JSE on or before April 28, 2023.
LEARN appreciates the understanding of its stakeholders and will provide further updates as necessary.
