The offices of the Jamaica Stock Exchange and the Jamaica Central Securities Depository will be closed at 12:00 noon on Monday, September 3, 2007. This early closure is in the interest of the safety and welfare of our staff and also, to allow staff members to vote. Trading at the Exchange will end at 11:30 a.m.
Normal trading will resume on Tuesday, September 4, 2007. The Jamaica Stock Exchange takes this opportunity to wish all Jamaicans a peaceful and fair election.
