The following Persons were appointed as Directors of Dyoll GP Ltd with effect from May 27, 2004:
Mr. Aubrey Garcia, Mr. Peter Lawson, Mr. Mark Twaites and Mrs. Dawn Azan.
Also, Messrs. Gordon Sharp, Patrick McDonald, Alvaro Casserly and Dr. Michael Witter will be retiring at the Annual General Meeting to be held at the Courtleigh Hotel, 85 Knutsford Boulevard on June 30, 2004. Messrs. Christopher Bovell and Oliver Chen have indicated their intention to resign as directors at the end of the AGM.
