Dolphin Cove Limited (DCOVE) has advised that because of the unusual need for accounting staff and auditors to work remotely with each other due to the Covid pandemic, it is possible that the deadline for the submission of the audited financial statements by February 28, 2021 will not be met.
DCOVE anticipates that the submission will be made no later than Monday, March 15, 2021.
