Dolphin Cove Limited (DCOVE) wishes to advise that there has been a further delay in the publication of the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022. This is due to the fact that the auditors have had to conduct several new administrative procedures and quality reviews.
The revised date for the submission of the financial statements is now Monday 24 April 2023.
