Dolphin Cove Limited (DCOVE) has advised that at their Board Meeting held on July 31, 2019, it was resolved that the dividend, scheduled for payment on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, will be paid as scheduled.
The divided will be paid on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 to shareholders on record as at Wednesday, July 17, 2019.
The ex-dividend date is July 16, 2019.
