Dolphin Cove Limited (DCOVE) has advised that due to the continued impact of the ongoing Covic-19 pandemic and consequent scale down of operations to comply with the policies outlined by the Government to contain the outbreak of the virus, this has also resulted in its Annual Report for 2020 being delayed.
The Annual Report will therefore be submitted no later than Monday, June 14, 2021 in accordance with the extension granted by the Jamaica Stock Exchange, advised DCOVE.
