Victoria Mutual Wealth Management Limited (VMWM), the Arranger to Dolla Financial Services Limited Initial Public Offering refers to the matter at caption and detail below the Basis of Allotment.
1) Key Partner Reserve Pool:
- Applicants in the Key Partner Reserve Pool shall receive full allotment of their subscription.
2) Company Reserve Pool:
- Applicants in the Company Reserve Pool shall receive up to the first 8,050,000 shares (Company Reserve Pool Base Allotment) plus a pro-rata allocation of approximately 2.4% of the excess shares for which was applied for above the Company Reserve Pool Base Allotment. Applications for shares in excess of the Company Reserve Pool allotment will be transferred to the General Public Pool.
3) General Public Pool:
- Applicants in the General Public Pool will receive up 10,000 shares (General Public Pool Base Allotment) plus a pro-rata allocation of approximately 2.6% of the excess shares for which was applied for above the General Public Pool Base Allotment.
Multiple applications from the same JCSD account for the General Public Pool was combined and treated as one application for the purposes of allocation.
