Dolla Financial Services Limited (DOLLA) Bond Raise – Upsize and Extended Closing Date

Dolla wishes to advise that the Company has successfully raised J$1,000,000,000.00 (One Billion) Dollars through the issue of a Bond. Based on the oversubscription and interest by institutional investors, Dolla has exercised its right to upsize, in accordance with the terms of the Bond, to J$1.5 Billion Dollars. The closing date for the Bond Raise has accordingly been extended to October 18th 2022 to facilitate same.
