Dividend in respect of 11.75% Cumulative Redeemable "A" Preference Stock Units

The Board of Directors of NCB Capital Markets Limited has declared a dividend of 17.625 cents per stock unit payable on July 27, 2007 to preference shareholders on record as at July 12, 2007.  The X date is July 10, 2007.
