Desnoes & Geddes (DG)- Resignations and Appointments

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Desnoes & Geddes Limited held on 29 May 2007 Mr. Paul Gallagher tendered his resignation from the Board.  At the said meeting Mr. Andrew R. Jones was appointed a director of the Board.
