Derrimon Trading Company Limited (DTL) has advised that it will not be submitting its Quarterly Unaudited Report for the period October to December 31, 2016, on February 14, 2017, within the 45 days, but instead will opt to submit its Annual Audited Financial Statements for the period ended December 31, 2015, within 60 days of the end of the period, in accordance with the Junior Market Rules.
DTL further advised that for the ensuing period thereafter, the Company will submit its Quarterly Unaudited Financial Statements as stipulated by Appendix 2, Part 4a(i) of the Junior Market Rules and any such amendments.
