PROVEN Group Limited (PROVEN) wishes to advise the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) that there will
be a delay in the publication of its Audited Financial Statements, which is due to a delay in the
finalization of the audit review process of several of its related entities.
PROVEN anticipates the submission of its audited financial statements for the financial year ended
March 31, 2023, on or before June 30, 2023.
