Dehring Bunting & Golding Limited and Mark Walters are pleased to announce that they have amicably settled all disputes between them on mutually acceptable terms and are discontinuing the litigation between them. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
Peter Bunting, Chairman and CEO of DB&G, stated that the settlement will not have a material impact on DB&G’s financial results.
