At the DB&G Board meeting held on January 28, 2004, the following resolution was passed:
“Be it resolved that an interim dividend of $0.20 per share be paid to existing shareholders on register.” The Payment date is March 16, 2004 and the Record date is February 16, 2004. The XD date is February 12, 2004.
