Caribbean Producers (Jamaica) Limited (CPJ) has advised that Ms. Camille Shields and Mr. Anil Chatani were appointed to the Board of Directors of CPJ in a resolution passed at a board meeting held on October 28, 2013. Both Ms. Shields and Mr. Chatani will be independent, non-executive directors. The Annual General Meeting of CPJ will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 10, 2014 at Sunset Beach Resort & Spa, Montego Freeport, St. James.
