Courts Jamaica Ltd. (CRTS)- will not be issuing 4th Quarter Results

The Board of Courts (Jamaica) Ltd. wishes to advise the following:

“The Board of Courts Jamaica Ltd. will release the Company’s audited results for the year ended 31 March 2006 on or before 31 May 2006.”

The Company will not be issuing 4th quarter interim statements”
