At the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on September 7th, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. stockholders unanimously passed the following resolution:
“That a final dividend of $0.06 (six cents) per stock unit be and is hereby payable on 19th October 2006 to registered stockholders on record as at 29th September 2006, and further that the interim dividend of $0.01 (one cent) per stock unit paid to members on 17th March 2006 be and is hereby ratified.”
