The Board of Directors would like to advise of the following changes to the Board of Courts (Jamaica) Limited.
“Courts (Jamaica) Limited announces that Sharon Stephenson, Consumer Credit Director, Peter Thompson, Purchasing Director and John Roberts, Branch Operations Director, have resigned from the Board of Directors with immediate effect.
However, Mrs. Stephenson and Messrs Thompson and Roberts will continue to be employed by Courts (Jamaica) Limited as heads of the Consumer Credit, Purchasing, and Branch Operations departments, respectively. Their resignations are not expected to have any effect on the day-to-day role of these valuable members of the Courts management team or on the operations of the Company.”
