At the AGM held on October 8, 2004 the following resolution was proposed and passed:
“That a final dividend of ten cents per share be paid, making together with the interim dividend a total of 10.45 cents in respect of the year ended March 31 2004 be and is hereby declared payable on November 15 2004 to registered shareholders as at the close of business on November 1, 2004.”
