The following directors have resigned from the board:
Messrs Bruce Cohen, Errol Alliman, Howard Cohen, and Robert Humphries who retired on October 8, 2004.
In addition Nigel Blake and Stuart Miller have been appointed with effect June 15, 2004. Mr Bruce Cohen was the Chairman of the company and it is the intention of the Company to elect a new Chairman at the next board meeting, which is scheduled for November 7, 2004. In the interim, Mr. Hayden Singh, the company’s Managing Director is carrying out the duties of acting Chairman.
