Courts Jamaica Ltd.(CRTS)- Final Dividend

The 33rd annual general meeting of the company will be held at Courts, Constant Spring store, on October 3, 2002 at 2:30 p.m. The meeting will consider a final dividend of 1.2 cents (2001 – 1.5 cents) per share be paid, making together with the interim dividend a total 1.95 cents ($0.0195) in respect of the year ended March 31, 2002 (2001 – 2.15 cents) The final dividend if approved, will be paid on October 18, 2002 to registered shareholders as at October 4, 2002.
