Courts Jamaica Ltd. (CRTS)- Dividend

At a Board Meeting held on the morning of Monday, 29 May 2006 that the board has agreed to recommend the following resolution to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Thursday 7^th, September 2006: 

“THAT a  final dividend of $0.06 (six cents) per share be paid on 19^th October 2006.”
