The thirty-fourth Annual General Meeting of CMP Industries Limited will be held at the Medallion Hall Hotel, 53 Hope Road, Kingston 6 on Wednesday, 17 January 2007 at 9:00 a.m. for the following purposes:
1. To receive, and if approved, adopt the financial statements for the year ended March 2006, together with the directors’ reports thereon.
2. To elect directors.
3. To elect a new chairman.
4. To appoint auditors and authorize the directors to fix their renumeration
5. Approve of directors’ sitting fees and meeting attendance expenses.
6. To consider any other business.
