Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited has advised that the invitation for subscription of 380,000,000 ordinary shares in One on One Educational Services Limited, made subject to its Prospectus, dated July 28, 2022, was closed on Friday, August 12, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.
In keeping with the Jamaica Stock Exchange rules, the Basis of Allotment of Subscribers will follow.
